    國際上已經注冊的鋁合金牌號有1000多個,每個牌號又有多種狀態,在硬度,強度,耐蝕性,加工性,焊接性,裝飾性等方面都存在著明顯的差異。選擇鋁合金的牌號與狀態時,以上各方面很難同時滿足,也沒有必要,應根據產品的性能要求,使用環境,加工過程等因素,設定各種性能的優先次序,方可做到合理選材,在保證性能的前是下合理控制成本。

    硬度:很多客戶在購買鋁時非常關心,硬度跟合金化學成份有直接的關系。其次,不同的狀態也影響較大,從所能達到的高硬度來看,7系,2系,4系,6系,5系,3系,1系,依次降低。

    硬度:強度是產品設計時考慮的重要因素,成其是鋁合金組件作為組件時,應根據所承受的壓力,選擇適當的合金。2系及7系熱處理型合金度高,硬度和強度有的下相關系。

    耐蝕性:耐蝕性包括化學腐蝕,耐應力腐蝕等性能。一般而言,1系純鋁的耐蝕性佳,5系表現良好,其次是3系和6系,2系及7系較差。耐蝕性選用原則應根據其使用場合而定。高強度合金腐蝕環境下使用,使用各種防蝕用復合材料。

    加工性:加工性能包插成形性能與切削性能。因為成形性與狀態有關,在選擇鋁合金牌號后,還需考慮各種狀態的強度范圍,通常強度高的材不易成形。臺果要對鋁材進行折彎,拉伸,深沖等成形加工,完退火狀態材料的成形性佳,反之,熱處理狀態材料的成形性差。鋁合金的切削性較差,對于模具,機械零件等需要切削性較佳,反之,低強度者切削性較差,對模具,機械零件等需要切削加工的產品,鋁合金的切削性是重要的考慮因素。

    焊接性:多數鋁合金的焊接性均無問題,尤其是部分5系列的鋁合金,是專為焊接考慮而設計的,相對面言,部分2系和7系的鋁合金較難焊接。

    裝飾性能:鋁材應用于裝飾或某些特定的場合時,需要對其表面進行陽極氧化,涂裝等加工,以獲得相應的顏色和表面組織,這時其裝飾性應該重點考慮的,一般而言,耐蝕性較好的材料,其陽極處理性能,表面處理性能,涂裝性能都非常出色。。

    其他特性:除上述特性以外,還有導電性,耐磨性,耐熱性等。在選材時也可以加以考慮。

    鋁及鋁合金與其它一般特性 

        鋁及鋁合金其它金屬材料相比,具有以下一些特點: 

        1、密度小 

        鋁及鋁合金的密度接近2.7g/,約為鐵或銅的1/3。 

        2、強度高 

        鋁及鋁合金的強度高。經過程度的冷加工可強化基體強度,部分牌號的鋁合金還可以通過熱處理進行強化處理。 

        3、導電導熱性好 

        鋁的導電導熱性能僅次于銀、銅和金。 

        4、耐蝕性好 

        鋁的表面易自然生產一層致密牢固的AL2O3保護膜,能很好的保護基體不受腐蝕。通過人工陽極氧化和著色,可獲得良好鑄造性能的鑄造鋁合金或加工塑性好的變形鋁合金。   

        5、易加工

    1 、F:自由加工狀態 適用于在成型過程中,對于加工硬化和熱處理條件無特殊要求的   產品,該狀態產品的力學性能不作規定   2 、O:退火狀態 適用于經完全退火獲得  強度的加工產品   3 、H:加工硬化狀態 用于通過加工硬化提高強度的產品,產品在加工硬化后可經過   <<也可不經過>>使強度有所降低的附加熱處理。代號后面根有兩位或三位阿拉伯數字   4 、W:固溶熱處理狀態 一種不穩定狀態,僅適用于經固溶熱處理后,室溫下自然時效   的合金,該狀態代號僅表示產品處于自然時效階段   5 、T:熱處理狀態 <<不同于F、O、H>> 適用于熱處理后,經過<<或不經過>>加工硬化達到穩定狀態的產品,T代號后面根有一個或多位阿拉伯數字。

    二、H狀態細分

    <<1>>[1]Hxx狀態:   H1×——熱軋、張力強;H2×——連鑄連軋、張力強、部分韌化;H3×——經過內應力處理、性能穩定;H4×——經過上漆或涂層;H×2——25%硬度處理;H×4——50%硬度處理;H×6——75%硬度處理;H×8——90以上硬度處理。   <<2>>Hxxx狀態:   H111:適用于終退火后又進行了適量的加工硬化,但加工硬化程度又不及H11狀態的產品。   H112:適用于熱加工成型的產品,該狀態的力學性能有規定的要求。   H116:適用于鎂含量≥4% 的5×××系合金制成的產品。這些產品具有規定的力學性能和抗剝落腐蝕性能要求。   <<3>>HXY 細 分 狀 態 代 號 與 加 工 硬 化 程 度:   HX1:抗拉強度極限為O與HX2狀態的中間值。   HX2:抗拉強度極限為O與HX4狀態的中間值。   HX3:抗拉強度極限為HX2與HX4狀態的中間值。   HX4:抗拉強度極限為O與HX8狀態的中間值。   HX5:抗拉強度極限為HX4與HX6狀態的中間值。   HX6:抗拉強度極限為HX4與HX8狀態的中間值。   HX7:抗拉強度極限為HX6與HX8狀態的中間值。   HX8:硬狀態。   HX9:超硬狀態、小抗拉強度極限制超過HX8狀態至少10兆帕。   注:當按上表確定的HX1~HX9狀態的抗拉強度極限值,不是0或5結尾時,應修約至以0或5結尾的相鄰較大值

    三、T狀態的細分

    1、Tx狀態:      T0:固溶熱處理后、經自然時效再通過冷加工的狀態。適用于經冷加工提高強度的產品。   T1:由高溫成型過程冷卻,然后自然時效至基本穩定的狀態。適用于由高溫成型過程冷卻后,不再進行冷加工<<可進行矯直、矯平,但不影響力學性能極限>>的產品。   T2:由高溫成型過程冷卻,經冷加工后自然時效至基本穩定的狀態。適用于由高溫成型過程冷卻后,進行冷加工、或矯直、矯平以提高強度的產品。   T3:固溶熱處理后進行冷加工,再經自然時效至基本穩定的狀態,適用于在固溶熱處理后,進行冷加工、或矯直。矯平以提高強度的產品 。   T4:固溶熱處理后自然時效至基本穩定的狀態。適用于固溶熱處理后,不再進行冷加工<<可進行矯直、矯平,但不影響力學性能極限>>的產品。   T5:由高溫成型過程冷卻,然后進行人工時效的狀態。適用于由高溫成型過程冷卻后,不經過冷加工<<可進行矯直、矯平,但不影響力學性能極限>>,予以人工時效的產品。   T6:固溶熱處理后進行人工時效的狀態。適用于固溶熱處理后,不在進行冷加工<<可進行矯直、矯平,但不影響力學性能極限>>的產品。   T7:固溶熱處理后進行人工時效的狀態。適用于固溶熱處理后,不在進行冷加工<<可進行矯直、矯平,但不影響力學性能極限>>的產品。   T8:固溶熱處理后經冷加工,然后進行人工時效的狀態。適用于經冷加工、或矯直、矯平以提高強度的產品。   T9:固溶熱處理后人工時效,然后進行冷加工的狀態。適用于經冷加工提高強度的產品。   T10:由高溫成型過程冷卻后,進行冷加工,然后人工時效的狀態。適用于經冷加工、或矯直、矯平以提高強度的產品。   注:某些6XXX系的合金,無論是爐內固溶熱處理,還是從高溫成型過程急冷以保留可溶性組分在固溶體中,均能達到相同的固溶熱處理效果,這些合金的T3、T4、T6、T7、T8和T9狀態可采用上述兩種熱處理方法的任一種。

    2、Txx狀態:   T42:適用于自O或F狀態固溶熱處理后,自然時效到充分穩定狀態的產品,也適用于需方對任何狀態的加工產品熱處理后,力學性能達到了T42狀態的產品。   T62:適用于自O或F狀態固溶熱處理后,進行人工時效的產品,也適用于需方對任何狀態的加工產品熱處理后,力學性能達到了T62狀態的產品。   T73:適用于固溶熱處理后,經過時效以達到規定的力學性能和抗應力腐蝕性能指標的產品。   T74:與T73狀態定義相同。該狀態的抗拉強度大于T73狀態,但小于T76狀態。   T76:與T73狀態定義相同。該狀態的抗拉強度分別高于T73、T74狀態,抗應力腐蝕斷裂性能分別低于T73、T74狀態,但其抗剝落腐蝕性能仍較好。   T7x2:適用于自O或F狀態固溶熱處理后,進行人工過時效處理,力學性能及抗腐蝕性能達到了T7X狀態的產品。   T81:適用于固溶熱處理后,經1%左右的冷加工變形提高強度,然后進行人工時效的產品。   T87:適用于固溶熱處理后,經1%左右的冷加工變形提高強度,然后進行人工時效的產品。 經營進口美鋁板<<ALCOA>>/鋁棒,環保鋁板/鋁棒/鋁管,特種無縫鋁管,高硬度鋁合金板,各種鋁板,超聲波鋁板,各種模具鋁板,輪船鋁板,特種鋁合金等。"
